  1. Effettua il login su Cortex, verrai indirizzato sul tuo Account Manager

  2. Seleziona la voce Project Manager utilizzando il bottone apposito in alto a destra. Il portale si aprirà in una nuova tab del browser

  3. Nella categoria Unified Communication, seleziona la voce SIP Account dalle voci di menù laterale.

  2. Effettua l’accesso a Partner Portal utilizzando il bottone apposito in alto a destra. Il portale si aprirà in una nuova tab del browser

  3. Seleziona la voce Clienti dalle voci di menù laterale

  4. Premi sul bottone Project Manager in corrispondenza della riga del cliente scelto

  5. Nella categoria Unified Communication, seleziona la voce SIP Account dalle voci di menù laterale.

Per procedere ai passaggi seguenti dovrai avere un utente con ruolo Admin o Tecnico. Maggiori informazioni su ruoli e permessi.

Per attivare le funzionalità di Talky Time è sufficiente seguire i seguenti passaggi:

  1. Accedi al Progetto nel quale vuoi attivare il servizio e seleziona la voce Talky Time nel menu di navigazione.

  2. Premi sul bottone Gestisci in corrispondenza delle Card SIP Account e Direct Routing in base alla tua esigenza.
